I don't know. Since the smell is caused by leaking fluid, you're still leaking fluid and I know I'd want to get that fixed ASAP. I would check with the dealer and see what they have to say but I'd get it fixed. Tony

Yea, they were pretty motivated. There are a lot of 07's on the lots in the area.

Just purchased a black 2007 Ford Edge SE AWD. Don't have any smells (except the new car smell) yet but I only have 300 miles on it. Look forward to learning more about the Edge. Probably won't post much, just lurk. Have a great day!! Tony
