  1. Buddy, I'm here to tell you... don't even bother. One of their dipshit vendors actually sent me the part last week, even after I had cancelled and been refunded for my order several weeks ago. So I decided to give them a shot, and found out pretty quick what an AWFUL product this is. First, installing these inside the window channel felt as if I was going to rip the rubber gasket right off the door frame. This would cause some serious damage to that gasket over time, and I almost stopped right there, but decided to at least roll up the window and check out the finish. The grinding and crunching of the glass against the plastic rain guard almost gave me a stroke! I could barely get my passenger side window to close due to the friction, and you could actually hear the window motor struggling in the process. My only thought was how many times I could open and close the window before that motor needed to be replaced. Are you guys serious with this design? Who could possibly be satisfied with this product?

  2. ..trying to buy part #573355 matte black rain guards. I would have an easier time unearthing the bones of jesus than finding this at any one of your vendors. After three failed orders due to availability, it's time to check out the weathertechs.

  3. I'm not sure what the fuss is about with this. I simply lined it up and started on one side of the bumper removing the adhesive backing. Then I would slowly remove the adhesive backing while smoothing the top side with a large microfiber cloth all the way to the other side of the bumper. There wasn't a single bubble throughout the process. The cover is slightly off-center front-to-back on the bumper by a fraction of an inch on one side, but that is due to me not taking enough care in lining it up properly. When the weather gets warmer I am going to try hitting it with a blow-dryer or heat gun and see if I can slide it around a bit.

  4. 2013 Edge SE (6 miles), Silver, AWD 3.5L w/ 101A (sync), roof rack

MSRP was $31,750, 3k incentives ($500 + $1500 + $1000 for coming off a competing lease, I didnt take ford financing), extra haggling got the final price down to $26,500

So how did I do? Initially was eyeing the SEL until they made the SE available w AWD and sync. Couldnt justify the extra $2,000+ when all I cared about was the leather-wrapped wheel and supplemental park lamps. Instead got a custom wheelskin (which I had the wife stitch up) and I have a friend to wire up the lamps and some HIDs-- total investment about $300-400. I also liked the unique cloth on the SEL, but I was planning on getting wet okoles anyway, so overall I figured the SE to be the better investment for me.
