hi I have done a few HID kits with direst Plug N Play. I have read where you have to use a realy and seperate harness to the battery. I will say, I have never done this. I use quality kits like MTEC. If the ballast draw is only 35watts and stock halogen is 55watts, WHY USE A RELAY... ANYONE KNOW
