I had a new headliner put in mine and the problem was still there. I didn't like it being that way so the service manager called Ford and asked if there was a repair kit coming out to fix the gap since there was so many complaints and was told that it was in the making, but who knows if that is true or not. Guess we wait and see.

Has anyone had a problem with the headliner having a gap at the windshield? The one that came in my vehicle was pretty bad so the dealer got in touch with FMC to tell them about the problem I had, they sent a new liner which the dealer installed but it is still not much better. The dealer is contacting FMC again to see if they have come up with a fix kit since this seems to be an on going problem. If any of you have had this problem did you find a way to fix it? Would appreciate any input.
