Scuff Marks on Interior Door - Silver Part

Hi. I got some scuff marks from my bike handle bars on the silver part (where one would rest their arm) of the interior door. Is there a touch-up paint that you guys suggest? Or is there another technique that you guys suggest? Thanks! -
