AC blowing hot when sitting but cold while driving?

I have the same problem with my 2009 MKX, blows cold while driving, warm while idling. I found the Motorcraft Radiator Fan assembly for $230, and want to install it myself. Does anyone have quick, painless instructions for how to do job myself? I really would appreciate your help.
