I have a 2011 Edge SEL my dealer quoted me $2,600 for 6 yr 125K ESP I just went on A&K site and they offer same ESP for $1,695. Is this a FORD backed warranty? it appears to be from reading their site? Price seems to good to be true?

I have a 2011 SEL EDGE bought new in Sept. 2011 now has almost 36K miles and the original warranty is about to expire. Only issues I have had so far with car have been with the sync system and hydraulic power for the brakes which were covered under warranty. My dealer wants $2,600 for 6 yr 125K mile ESP. Is this a good price and do you think I need to get the ESP or just roll the dice that nothing major will happen to the car. We plan to keep the car for at least another 4-5 years and we do put a lot of miles on the vehicle.
