  2. Hey guys I'm looking for a little insight on replacing the touch screen in a 2013 Lincoln Mkx. From research I'm finding the touch screens have different ID numbers. What is the difference from one to the next? The ID number required for this vehicle is BT4T-18B955-AD. There are ID numbers that end in AA, AB and AC, would they also work for this vehicle? What should the difference be? The vehicle is my mother in laws and she said when turning her heated seat on she touched the screen and it cracked at the touch of her finger. After taking it to Lincoln they keep trying to blame it on impact. 60 year old women don't usually punch their touchscreens... So now Ford wants $1600 for a new screen that they won't cover under warranty. But I'm not paying that for a flipping touch screen how ridiculous, and of course its their word over ours on how it broke. So now she is driving a vehicle that she can't even turn her heated steering wheel or seats on.
  3. your best bet is pick up a set of 20" wheels from kijiji that come stock on a limited if thats what you want, your winter tires are not going to be cheap tho. I have a 2013 sport also, i picked up some 18's off kijiji from a 2008, i put a set of bridgestone blizzak dmv-1 tires on it and also added the correct tire pressure sensors for the 2011+. The tires, balancing, and tpms when all said and done ran me 1350. The 18's ran me 400. The only thing you need to do to make the 18's fit the 2011+ model is get a set of hub centric rings to fit the smaller hub. IMO its cheaper to go with the 18's, i bought myself some plastidip and am going to spray the wheels black, so it should look fairly decent with the black grill on the sport and all. good luck
  4. Was driving yesterday in Sask in some rolly country at 110km/h averaging less than 10 L/100km with my 3.7L really impressed with it especially after a lot of people on here have been knocking the mileage.
  5. Just drove my 2013 Edge Sport home 340 kms yesterday, awesome passing power, quiet ride, smooth ride for Rollin on 22's absolutely love it!
