Replace the rear brakes 13 month after having the car, drivers side was worn almost all the way through. The passanger side was near new. Brough it to a local Ford dealer and the said everything was working fine. Shortly after the drivers side rear wheel is extremely hot and a loud squeaking sound is coming from that wheel while driving. Brough it to another local Ford dealer who replace the caliper. On the ride home form the dealership the wheel begins to make the same loud squeaking sound. At this point in time I replaced the break pads again thinking the other replacement may have been damaged from all the heat. Noise and extra heat is still there on the drivers side with new high quality brake pads, new rotor, and a new capliper. Any ideas on where to go? Ford dealer has had the car twice in two weeks and no luck.
