Synth. Blend motorcraft, change every 6,000 miles, really nothin special, and actually traded it in today with just shy of 329,000 miles, got 4k for it! Just one of those get rid of it now for something or get nothing for it down the road, driving a 2010 edge limited now! 70,000 miles, hopefully I made the right decision!

Yes orginal motor, tranny, etc. only have done battery, brake booster, brakes, speed sensor, hub, and bearings, it has been great! Wow and congrats on the Honda! That is awesome!

Just stopped in at ford dealer to see about a trade in! 3 salesmen came out to look at the odometer, told them to stick it on the showroom floor! Lol

Hello, just joined last night, I saw your section for edge with the most miles on it so I thought I would join and see what everyone else is saying about their edges! I have 2 edges, 1 is my wife's 2010 limited white platinum, and my 2007 SEL AWD, with 283,000 miles on it, I have owned it since march of 2009, bought it with 36,000 miles on it, regular maintence, battery, wheel bearing and front hub, speed sensor, just did the brake booster last week, and 3 weeks ago did the front lower control arm. That and brakes and tires that is it! Still have not changed the original spark plugs, or tranny fluid. Earlier this year I had some tranny slipping issues and bought a quart of Lucas tranny fix and ran this for 5,000 miles before all slipping went away. Just thought I would share my experience with the Edges.

I have used motorcraft synthetic blend 5w20 since I have owned it. Wonder if ford does any thing like Quaker state does with their cash back for loyal users, and something with buying your car after it has x amount of miles on it.

Ha, yes it is miles. I drive about 55,000 miles a year. Only have had 1 alignment too! I also own a 2010 limited edge as well(wife's car) love these edges

Just thought I would keep this going, I was curious how many miles people had on their edge so I joined the forums. I currently have an 07 SEL AWD, with 282,808miles and still going strong! Knock on wood! Bought it in 3/09 with 36,000 miles on it. Just bought my 4th set of tires, just had to replace my brake booster last week, lower control arm on front right 3 weeks ago, and over the last 4 years, just a battery, brakes, speed sensor, 1 wheel bearing and hub, and oil changes. Still on factory spark plugs, and still getting 23mpg, did have some tranny slipping earlier this spring,I added some lucas tranny fix, it continued to slip for 15,000 miles and has been fine ever since.
