Turns out after a call to the ford dealership and a few pictures later they replaced the housing. strange enough i think by the time the new one was installed the moisture had stopped.

Yea Its is under warranty but i will need to buy new boots. 35W. i have not put the OEM back in to see if goes away, I will need the new boots for that.

Hi, I have also recently upgraded my lights to HID. I am having some moisture issues with the driver side light only. I have been surfing the form to see what suggestions are already here and currently have tried them all without success. I have sealed the boots where the wires run thro, I have made sure they were instaled properly, I tried grease on the seal and I even switched the boot and light from passenger to driver side to see if the moisture followed the boot and it remained in the driver side. I am having to dry the leans daily with an hair drier. What am i missing? Any ideas? 2013 sport
