  2. Multiple Ford sources told me you can't go back. I asked the same question when my 3.8 update didn't go smoothly.
  3. Did you have Nav and do you have it now? Travelink needs the Nav module. Does your SiriusXM work? Did you contact SiriusXM and see if the issue is at their end? Given all that and if you still don't have it, contact your dealer?
  4. Why not check with the dealer? They can do the update or, if you bring a thumb drive and your car is a candidate, maybe they will copy it to your drive?
  5. I had a similar issue with a 2008. Turned out to be an individual cylinder coil. It took almost two months to catch it on the dealer diagnostic computer.
