I am attempting to replace the rear rotors on my 2008 Edge Limited. They are not coming off easily..I suspect the parking brake is the problem. Is there a trick to remove these rotors? What is the hole for in the rotor "hat" - this hole is plugged with a rubber plug. Any assistance will be appreciated

I took delivery of a 2008 Edge Limited two days ago. Mounted Passport on windshield and ran wire down to driver's side fuse panel. Can't seem to find a fuse/wire that is switched on/off with ignition. Any assistance as to where to connect the + wire to will be appreciated.
