There was a message about Nav fault and when I looked the SD card was missing from the center console. On the touch screen it says Nav in green in the upper right corner. My bubby is a tech @ ford, I have an appointment on Thursday for him to look at it. Thanks for the info...

I just purchased a 2012 sel awd from a local used car dealer. And it's missing the sd card. The dealer wants to send out my system for an update. I don't believe they know what they are doing. I did some research online & it looks like I just new a new sd card. How much does ford charge for a new sd card??
