How to remove rear spoiler to replace Sirius / GPS antenna

I drive a 2010 Ford 2010 Edge Limited AWD, and it looks as though I need to replace the GPS antenna. Though, unlike yourself, I don't even know where to begin removing trim on the liftgate. Could you give me any info as to how I might go about this? Best regards, Kres.
