Used the documented procedure from manual to find the default keyless code by using both fobs. Found that, the correct fob position is "buttons up" and key ring facing the rear - if looking into the image from post #6, the void in the backup slot for the ring is perfectly visible, so that position did work for me. Another thing is that I've put the actual keys into each fob just to have fobs ready for 'manual' operation. (did not try if "buttons down" does work as well )
