Apparently intermittent. As fast as it came on, that's how fast it went away. Starts just fine now. Dealer said to bring it in if it happens again. Life is good.

The owner's manual does not address the topic. I touch the handle to unlock the door. Once in the car the left side screen tells me to step on the brake and push the start button. At that point the car shuts down. I have owned other remote start vehicles. Once inside the car stepping on the brake and pushing start turns on everything else not turned on remotely. The engine would keep running.

I have a 2014 Edge Limited AWD. Car starts fine with remote start. However, when get in, step on the brake and push the start button, the car shuts off and I have to restart. I don't believe this is normal. Any thoughts?

New to site. Just took delivery of a new, 2014 Edge Limited with 302A package, Ruby Red, 20" wheels and tow package. Lovin' every minute so far.
