Thanks akirby!, Just got back from a local dealer here and I was inform that the A/c door actuator to the side was bad and needs to be changed. So I have placed a requisition for the right part. Thanks, Charles.

Hi, Am a new 2013 Ford Edge Limited Edition owner. I have had no problems with my car since December 2013 when I got it. Recently I noticed the passenger air vent was blowing hot air whenever I put on the air-conditioner. Could advise on what would have gone wrong? Charles, Thanks.
