Westside

I recently bought a 2011 Edge with about 30,000 miles on it and only recently I have noticed that occasionally when I shift into reverse there will be a bit of a noticeable thud, and it's been happening on flat surfaces. I read up on possible causes for this and everything from loose/faulty engine mounts to transmission replacements were suggested. Is something like this generally covered by the 60,000 mile power train warranty, or at least enough to have them look at it?
