  1. I had the same concern but I have a 1-inch gap and if something isn't done now what will happen in five years when the headliner is falling down and I want to sell it. That strip on the window will help the looks but won't prevent any damage from happening. I have to let ford try and fix it and the service manager said that the upholstery company that they use does great work...we'll see!
  2. Intersting to read what was said by everyone. I bought my edge 2013 in December and just now found the problem with the headliner. It's just something that you don't think about looking at when buying a car. But I will in the future. Spending $40, 000 + and finding this is very frustrating. Went to the ford dealer today and they are ordering a new one. I'm just hoping that the upholstery shop will do a good job. I'm just wondering what else can happen when they replace it. This just proves to me that FMC doesn't have good quality control.
