Have just noticed that this navigation system does not have an SD card installed but it works. The handbook says one should be installed and in the system but the dealers tells me no, its preloaded. Who is correct?

At $178.00 including tax for an item that will only give me Canada and USA but not NA think the upgrade is expensive.

Also bear in mind you can only get versions that cover 1 USA and Canada or 2 USA and Mexico. It does not cover North America.
