2010 Ford edge

The lights that illuminate the steering wheel cruise control, phone buttons etc.. Do not light up, the gear shifter light does not work, some of the buttons lights to roll down the windows don't work(both back seat and front passenger seats) and the info, setup, emergency light buttons do not illuminate. We have checked every fuse all working except one I believe it was in position 10 for backlighting, we replaced it and still no luck. Anyone have similar problems?
