I am new to this forum....but sounds like I am not alone in my problem. Glad to see someone got theirs resolved! Went outside to start my 2014 Edge...Key fob won't work, side door with code doesn't work, and key will not work. Called dealer...very confused but thought it might be dead battery...just starting process of trying to figure it all out. Waiting for roadside assistance. Wish me luck!
