Hi Guys
I have a 2011 edge sport.
I kind of feel the brake had some issues because it felt spongy and very soft so I recently took my car to the dealership and had a brake booster replaced under warranty.
Right now the brake feels normal. However, the new booster still won't hold vacuum for very long. It seems to lose vacuum slowly overtime.
If i drive it to work and park it for 8 hours, the pedal is still soft after work. But If i park it in my garage for like a day, the brake is hard when i try to start up the car.
I also have a Honda accord, I can park it in my garage for 1 week and the brake pedal is still soft when i step on it.
I'm just wondering are you guys all experiencing the same or this is just me?
Under normal circumstances, how long should the brake booster hold its vacuum?
