  1. I have a AWD Edge, 2008, with BFG all terrains, and it drives great in the snow, in fact, just as good as any 4x4 i've had. It snowed about 6 inches here in South Jersey, and could not get the thing stuck! I have full confidence in driving in the snow with this thing. Obviously, no matter what vehicle you have, stopping is the problem. Brake early.
  2. Not yet, but my 2004 Mazda 6 is "little crappy". It's beat up due to my wife basically hitting anything she can in it, i.e. cats, curbs, parking spot blocks, ect... Hopefully the Edge doesn't get abused as much, it's such a nice vehicle.
  3. 2008 Edge, SEL, AWD, 86,XXX miles, great interior and tires, minor clear coat peel on the rear lower fender, driver side fender light scratches, $12,500 paid in cash. Cape May, NJ.
  4. I recently cleaned my TB on my 2008 with 86XXX miles, it was pretty gross. I wasn't having any stall problems, but I wanted to do preventative maintenance to preclude any malfunctions. I could see how the butterfly valve could eventually stick on the grim if left to accumulate. I did the same thing on my 2004 Mazda 6. It's easy to do, just pull the battery, disconnect the intake and remove the connector plug and 4 bolts. Avoid manipulating the throttle valve too much and don't use abrasive material to clean, otherwise you will remove the special coating. If that doesn't work, just buy a new TB off the internet and install it yourself, good luck.
