Hi ! I need to replace my hood latch on a Ford Edge 2016. I have the part with me.. FT4Z-16700-A... Is it only a matter of removing the two 10mm bolts, removing the sensor cable and cable ? Do I need to remove any plastic cover or anything else ? Thanks

Good afternoon, I just oredered a 2013 Ford Edge Limited and should be getting it in about 6-8 weeks. The limited edition has the Sony sound system with 12-13 speakers and a subwoofer located in the back. Is it possible to replace the subwoofer ? From what i've seen it's not a very loud subwoofer. Anyone was sucessful in replacing it without affecting the MFT or the interior of the vehicule ? Thanks so much!!

Thats Crazy!!! Im still waiting on both vehicules to arrive to my ford dealership. I've been told that the train has arrived in Montreal (which is 2 hours from my Dealership) on Saturday... I guess they are now waiting to be put on a truck for final delivery.... Do you guys think i'll get them tommorow ?... Usually, how many days it takes for them to unload from train and load on delivery truck for final destination ?... IM TIRED OF WAITING LOL!! Thanks! Peter

Exacly!!! First one is MINE!! with a pioneer audio system... The other is exacly the same without the pioneer... Wow.. now I am sooo happy that mine has been released!! Now I have to wait about 17 days.. I just called my dealer and he says from plant to here in canada it's about 17 days... Thanks, i'll keep you updated when I receive it..

Thanks for the info jRod.. I think the fleet director will call Oakville as the Canadian HQ is located there (I Think)... He's suppose to give me a call tommorow.. jrod.. I've been told that maybe it's because of the audio system i've ordered.. is it possible ? If i've ordered an optional pionner sound system, are they usually installed after the truck is produced ? Hello to all, My Ford Ranger 2007 was produced on february 5th. For some reason, it never gate released yet.. I find it strange because another Ford Ranger was ordered by my dealer and was built on february 13 and gate released the same day... So I called, and the only answer I get is, maybe there is a quality control going on.... Nice words, but it means what ? That my truck is a leamon and is getting fixed ? I understand that it might be something small or something big, however, anyone know whats the process from here ? After the truck was built, they bring it somewhere else... and now what.. do they work on it right away ? It gets into another line waiting ? what... I was hoping to get it next week.. However it is still at the plant.. Can anyone explain to me whats going.. Here is the VIN... Really, thats bull.... The first one IS my truck.. the Second one isn't... It's just another truck they ordered... .. Now, my first truck was made 1 week before.. and it's still lost somewhere.. Do you know where I can get some information about that ? I just don't like the fact that my truck has a problem.. I don't wanna end with a leamon..... Btw, thanks again for your nice service jrod..
