Semaj

Ok so I was driving to a friends house and I noticed a sound like a motorbike or a card in a bicycle wheel sound coming from the passenger side. well the other night going home from work the traction control light started to blink and stayed on until I turned the car off. could that have something to do with noise? if not what could it be?
