Yes a red X over GPS symbol. Will check if it is that. I have an appointment with dealership in December...

Disconnected battery no change....

Ok I will try disconnecting the battery and see if that works

My battery died this week. Changed battery, but now GPS not working. Took card out reinsert it, no change. Decided to do a master reset to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Ford Edge 2013 Limited.

I received a message that there was an update for my vehicle. I just purchased second hand, so for me it was going to be my first update. Trying to update the Sync I realized it is the latest. I guess previous owner must not have updated profile. How do I update the profile?
