As with the rest of your 2010 Edge has the same issue. Mine has actually ripped. I went to Ford to by just the passenger side rubber stripping and they wanted $130. I almost fell on the floor. I still have a couple weeks left on my Certified Pre-Owned warranty so I'm taking it back to the dealer and let them deal with it.
