Hello, While detailing the inside of the Edge this morning, I noticed there was a slight white sliver on the piano black control panel below the nav screen. I went to rub it out and it got bigger! Upon further inspection it is a little crack on the black piano plastic. This is very frustrating! Has anyone else had this issue? I am assuming I would need to replace the whole control panel unit. Thanks!

I should clarify that it only squeals when driving not when the car is running. It seems to be doing it more often now and only when it has been raining. I'll post a vid soon. Taking it to the dealer next week. Thanks for the replies!!

My 2012 edge limited awd has 60,000 miles on it. Lately in the morning or after work, after the car has sat for a while, when I start driving it squeals as I drive and then disappears after 1 minute of driving, or a few hundred feet. It doesn't sound like a belt, it's not high pitch. The squeal sound happens braking or not braking, so I don't think it's my brakes. It sounds like it squeals in turn with the tires. Any thoughts?
