I have the technical manual. I just did a search for it in the manual and it came up with 0 results. Is that the exact name of the part? A google search showed something resembling the dials that are on a dash (but not for the edge) however my Edge has the My Ford Touch system so everything is done through a screen.

My 2012 ford edge blows hot on the passenger side and cold only on the driver side. After looking at a few articles here I figured it was the blend door. Someone said they had the same issue so they replaced the blend door behind the glove box. I ordered the new blend door and looked and realized I had a blend door on the right side (behind glove box) and another behind the steering wheel. So I turned the car on and put AC to Cold and the blend door behind the glove box opened/closed and the one behind the drivers didn't move. I turned the car to full hot and the glove box side went to opposite position and one behind the drivers side didn't move at all. So I figured it was the drivers side one that was broken. Just to be sure I turned the car off and unplugged the connection on the drivers side and plugged the connection into the new blend door and set it on the floor. Turned the car on and moved from full hot / full cold. I could hear the passenger side move back and forth but the drivers side didn't function at all. Anyone have any ideas on what to troubleshoot next?
