The wife called me tonight and said her 2008 edge wouldn't go passed 20mph for a bit...now it was fine she said...this was on a chilly evening and I'm sure she didn't let it warm up...any possible ideas?

Thanks. I'm thinking timken or moog. Is this a pretty difficult job? I do my wrenching on old cars haven't done a lot with the newer stuff. I have access to a hoist at work.

Yeah that's what I meant. Timken has the hub and bearing assembly for 85...or I like moog stuff too...moog are around 100 a pop. Just don't want to have to keep replacing these to often.

Yeah I will do that...maybe I will also supply the hub/bearings to. Did some reading timken seems like a good bearing and I found some for 85 a peice shipped

Just got a quOTE I guess it needs both rear wheel bearings and front strut mountil bearings. 1400 bucks for them to do it. Are they really that bad to do? Ant input
