We got ours from Hansen Ford..I've bought my last 6 trucks from them..I had some problems once with one of my trucks right from delivery and Kevin himself took a great interest in it to solve it or give me a new one..He has always made it a point to come over and talk for awhile if he sees me...In fact when I was signing the papers yesterday he overheard them say my name and actually come right in the office to talk awhile..Most of his staff is the same way...I feel they are the better dealership..The service department has always done their absolute best to get my truck in if there happens to be a problem even without me asking.. :stats: Anyway back to the Edge..We went to Hansens and every Edge on the lot had a black interior except one, it had the medium stone int. but the exterior was the wrong color..We went to Windsor also but they didn't have what the wife was looking for either...So back to Hansens we went to order exactly what we wanted..They had two in the order bank so they changed one to what the wife wanted...I'm really glad we went that way as 6 weeks goes by fairly quick and we weren't in a hurry..(Happen to come in on the family plan :happy feet: ) ..Personally I would have gotten the Vapour Silver like you but she liked the Ice Blue..Still very nice though. We have only put on 100 kms, but the guage isn't going down too quick even with my eratic driving been to 155 already I really like it and hope to see ya drivin' round :hyper: Keep in touch

Exactly 6 weeks after the day we ordered our new Edge, my wife brought it home yesterday :shades: I did not test one when we were first test driving all vehicles (I'm a Ford man )..Now that I driven it all I can say is WOW. :happy feet: Very impressed overall with performance and handling..Only small complaint is the road noise from the tires. She ordered an Ice Blue Limited with Vista Roof, Camel Int. and the 18" Painted wheels One of the nicest CUV/SUV vehicles I've ever been in.. The fit and finish is some of the best I've seen.Lots-O-Power Overall I'm extremely pleased. :hyper:

You know the saying, chrome rims are like putting perfume on a pig

My wife and I just ordered a new one on friday with those rims :hyper: ..The chrome ones are cheap plastic clad and will likely rust where they meet the actual rim..I'm all for the premium painted rims. very unique to most other Edges' out there..There were two on the dealers lot with the painted rims and I thought they looked way better..Gives the Edge a sportier look IMO :shades: Jack

I have not had a paint issue, but I had another issue with a 2000 F-150.The dealer actually offered me a different vehicle without even having to ask for it .

That sucks Blueice, I'm sure the long wait will be worth in it the end.They told me possibly in as little as 4 weeks..They had a couple in the order bank already and changed one to meet my wifes wishes. She originally wouldn't even look at the Edge..She wanted the traditional ""SUV..Once she drove the Edge it was a shoe-in

Just helped my wife factory order her first new vehicle yesterday. EDGE LTD.,Ice Blue, Camel int., Premium Painted Wheels, Vista Roof, Trailer Tow pkg. She should see it first week in July..she's ecstatic and I should get lucky at least a couple times for this :shades:
