Can you point me to the website where it says all that about routine maintenance being covered?

I was told by more than one dealership that the Lincoln MKX only includes the first year's (or first 15,000 miles) maintenance. Howevere, for an additional cost, you can purchase extended service plans.

From what I've read on the Internet, to qualify for X-plan pricing you have to be a Ford employee or relative. Is that true? Can anyone request and get a PIN? How does this work exactly?

So anyone buying a car within 30 days can request an X-plan pin code? Is the X-plan price honored by all Ford dealers (and, I'm assuming, Lincoln dealers as well)? Is the X-plan price close to the invoice price?

What is the X-plan price, and who is eligble?

I'm looking at an MKX with Elite and Ultimate pkgs + heated rear seats (MSRP $43,530). The invoice price is $39,635. The dealer told me he would sell the car for $42,000. How much above invoice are people paying? I don't have access to any of the special pricing plans that are mentioned here.

How have you been enjoying the Mobile Ease system now that you've had it for a while?

Thank you very much for the information! Yes, I would appreciate seeing a picture of what it looks like installed in your car. I was initailly very disappointed that the Lincoln MKX did not come with integrated Bluetooth, but I was less so after finding out about the Mobile-Ease system. I was just concerend about it looking like an unsightly dealer add-on. By the way, does any infromation about the call appear on the navigation screen, such as the number you're calling? Does it respond to voice commands and automatically dial for you? When you have an incoming call, do you press something on the keypad? Thanks in advance for your help.

I asked the dealer about Bluetooth options for the MKX, and he said that the Mobile-Ease system could be installed. Does anyone have that who could tell me what it's like? Is it unsightly-looking once installed?

Some systems (like in the ACURA MDX) will locate destinations totally by voice-command. You don't even have to program the address in by touching the screen. It's not a big deal, but the technology is very cool and convenient.

Does anyone know if the DVD nav system in the MKX is voice-activated?
