  1. Sorry for the delay. We dropped the edge off at ford. They called and said I had two injectors that were intermittently firing. They replaced number 2 and 3 and flushed the fuel system. For reasons beyond me the cat needed replaced too. $1800 later it's running good again. I never heard of injector capping out at 100k. Or that wiping out a cat... but the wife is happy again. And you all know what they say. Happy wife happy life. That cover lives in my basement lol. I took that off as soon as we got the edge home. Thanks again for all the help.
  2. Ok I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Thank you
  3. Hiw would you tell? Other then replacing the cat?
  4. Well looks like it's going to ford friday. She wants her car back and it seems beyond me what's wrong with it. I'll post back with what they find. Thanks for all the help!
  5. I have a code scanner I checked it with. I'll check out that tsb. Thanks.
  6. It's got 110 k on it. The codes are p0302 p0303 and p0420. We run fuel additive in it regularly. Fuel pressure is one of the first things I checked. It was good. I had it down at my uncles shop and put spark plugs in it. It seemed to help a little. Guess I'll add some two stroke oil and see if it helps at all. Thanks foe the help so far.
  7. Bought the wife a 2011 edge about a year ago. Great car till recently. Started to missfire on number 2 and 3. I replaced the coils. Checked the plugs. The looked good to me.... car ran great for about a week. My wife took it on a trip and said when she pulled onto the highway it had no power and started to shake. Same codes again. It seems to start missing around 4k rpm. Once below it stops missing. Thanks for the help
