When I jack up the car on the the frame (not on the control arm) and I try to wiggle the wheel I get no play. Do I need to perform this test with the car jacked up on the control arm?

I've got a 2011 Edge SEL. I've recently just noticed that there is a wobble in what feels to be the passenger side front wheel when I turn the steering wheel from 12 o'clock to 1 o'clock, and then stops at about 2 o'clock position. What's odd is that the wobble is really only felt when I'm not giving the car any throttle. Anybody have an idea what could be going on?
