The 15-16 Edge could really benefit from an intercooler that is larger than a sheet of notebook paper. Any rumblings of aftermarket intercoolers for the 2.7 Ecoboost Edge? I haven't found anything.

I also have the exhaust smell after hard acceleration on my 2015 Edge Sport FWD. It initially happened on the freeway when I had the A/C on. I switched the A/C to recirculate.. same thing happened. I checked under the hood afterwards and observed that the engine sits way back under the dashboard, and some of the turbo plumbing is also located under the dashboard. My guess is that this is either crank-case ventilation gasses during high boost, or some sort of exhaust gas leak near the turbo under high boost. I think these gases fill the engine compartment briefly, then get sucked into the cabin.
