  1. I had the same issue as Homer. Called Sync and they said that there was a bug with the latest software update but that they didn't know when they would have a fix. I was told to take it to my dealer. Did that, but they were no help. They tried to tell me that I never had navigation. I had to show them the A5 SD card and they told me that it must have been installed aftermarket. Maybe, but the issue is that with the software update the navigation no longer works and they had no solution. When I go to the software update screen on the my touch system, there is an icon that states that a navigation software update needs to be installed. When I push the install button the screen goes blank for a second, but then nothing happens. No install happens. I guess I'll have to continue to call Sync and keep after them for a possible fix!
