No, it was due to go back in the day it got hit by taxi! Had no luck with this car. Got rid of my 10 yr old BMW cos it was plagued with problems. Didn't expect the same from a NEW car.

Geez! Not looking good for my parts then! Driver side door, front wing, plus various suspension and steering parts! Had I'd known about the delays, I definitely would not have bought one. Things dealers don't want you to know hey?

Well, since buying this car I have fallen out of love spectacularly! Dogged with problems including a leaking moon roof! 8 weeks ago my Edge was hit by a taxi while parked up at night! 8 weeks the repair shop has been waiting for parts from Canada! Needless to say, I am not a big lover of Ford at the moment!

Price wasn't really an issue. I paid £38,750. I needed to be rid of my aging BMW that was costing me a fortune in constant repairs. The Ford Edge ticked most of the boxes for me, the only nice looking car in the UK Ford range apart from the Focus RS. I just wish we had the 2.7 or the 3.5L engines to tick ALL the boxes.

Hi. Yes, sorry to mention it's a 2.0L diesel twin turbo. I think from reading reviews that the differences are with engines, suspension (stiffer) and steering. Also DRL's are permanently on for European roads. The options I have on my Titanium are Automatic transmission, sport wheels, panoramic roof (or moon roof as you say) Lux pack, (heated and cooled leather seats), Sony sound system and adaptive headlights. (I think that's them all). Lovely car, turns heads over here as there aren't that many about. I love those rear lights!!

Hi folks The Ford Edge has recently been launched here. I have purchased an Edge Titanium with a lot of options. Actually, it was the only model in the showroom and very few are in the country. Loving this car! (SUV) My previous car was a BMW 6 Series 650. I'm really impressed on how well the Edge drives. My only complaint is that the UK model only comes with a 2.0 L Diesel engine. I miss the power of the BMW SO, Ford, get the bigger petrol engines over here in time for my Edge Sport in 3 yrs time.
