We recently took our Ford Edge to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After exiting the ferry and driving out onto the beach I realized I needed to let some air out of my tires so I let the tires down to 18 pounds. I drove this car 40 miles on the beach and on the back road and never spun a tire not even once even in foot sugar sand. This car performs flawlessly an this car performs flawlessly in soft sand on the beach
