  1. I would sugest that the problem is water accumulating because the drain is plugged from the windshield cowl. Since you are writing in October, it is not going to be related to your a/c system running.....but I believe that the cowl drain is tied into the condensation drain and (in my case) located on the driver side of the car, to the right of the gas pedal. In my case, pull back the carpet and you should see a plastic fitting. From underneath the car, you need to bend back a corner of the exhaust system heat shield and you should find the end of the hose that you need to clear. The hose makes 2- 90 degree bends as it moves up the car, so a good flexible wire may work, try hooking a shop vac up first and see if that clears it. Good luck!
