Hi All - I'm installing the factory tow bar and harness after the fact - I wanted the OE look, but couldn't find the car we wanted with it installed from the factory. No instructions came with the harness, but I happened to find an unused connector just under the bumper on the passenger side. It had the yellow-green-brown-white wires and goes back into the interior, so I thought "perfect" - I assumed those could be the input signal wires to the tow module. However, it appears dead - when taillights are on for example, the brown wire has 0 voltage. I verified the tow module fuse is in place (I figure it could have been missing since the car did not come with the tow package.) I have it all wired up and would love a simple solution that activates this plug. Any ideas?
Also - if anyone has the harness installation instructions I would welcome those too.
