Thanks all. I hope they do a thorough system test when they replace it. Just very frustrating to have a basically brand new vehicle start having issues. Makes us leary of the future.

Anyone have any problems or heard of any issues with the catalytic converter? 22000kms., the engine light came on. Dealer says they have to replace the converter. Needless to say, not impressed and hope this isn't the sign of things to come with this vehicle. We just got it back from having the exterior temperature sensor replaced. No misfire, 2.0 Turbo. Engine light just came on out of the blue.

Having issues with the exterior temperature readings on the interior screens. Ford has replaced the sensor, however, it is still giving readings that are way off of what the actual outside temperature is. e.g. real outside temperature is -1C, yet the interior readings on both screens are reading anywhere from +30C to 5C and fluctuating in between. Anyone else have this issue or a repair suggestion? Thanks

Can anyone advise me what type of replacement bulb I would need to make the headlights brighter? WE are finding they are not quite as bright as could be especially lighting road side. 2016 SEL. Thanks

Just found this forum and am looking for help with 2016 sel. The head lights don't seem as bright as they could be. Any suggestions of replacement bulbs? Thank you
