I have a 2013 Edge SEL with dual climate control. I also didn't have any heat on the drivers side. Took to the dealer and they found trouble code B11E5 in the HVAC module. Ford has a SSM, Special Service Message 45784 which says to update HVAC. They did and its is now working.
