I agree. the salesperson I spoke with was clueless on some functions. I think they spend zero time studying the product they sell. Shame on the dealership for not training them.

I am looking at a new 2011 Edge, and the test drive was great.... ...except I noticed my knee/leg would rub on the molding along the side of the center stack. It's winter so I have pants on, but I could see wearing shorts in the summer and this being really annoying. The edge of the plastic is hard and sharp. It seems like a terrible design unless you keep your legs/knees in more of an upright position. Anyone else annoyed by this? Otherwise this seems like a great vehicle. Thanks, Kevin
