  2. Hi to all....problem solved !!!....I use some rubber seal to eliminate the gap between the plastic locker and the undercover....just to improve a lit bit the internal acoustic comfort I use some wrapper like this around the metal seatbelts since when they are not used and touch the plastic they makes some other clicks...then I put some 3M Velcro in the rear van because the top cover bumps. I use the velcro even to lock the plastic section that contains the emergency tools. Now looks much better. Thanks to all F.
  3. Hi to all, The noise seems to come from the downside of the car. I have tried even to close the external rear mirrors, nothing changes. At a first inspection down the car, seems that there is a big central cover locked to the car frame using some clips like the one's I attached in the picture. Some of these seems to be loosened. If I move them, they makes a "plastic" sound, like the one I can heard in the car. The cover have a large aperture in the carfront and I supspect that, when the air flow into the cover, this start to move and the plastic clips produce the rattling, higher is the speed more is the noise I can hear. Does know anyone how to fix those plastic clips ? Thanks a lot.
  4. Hi to all, I live in Italy, I received my new 2017 Edge Titanium 2.0 TwinTurbo 210HP AWD Edge on February 2017, from the very beginning I noticed a strange aerodynamical noise or rattling, coming from outside that become noticeable at 90 Km/h (around 60 Ml/h) and very annoying at 130 Km/H (90 Ml/h) that is in Italy the upper limit for highways. Since I spent 90% of my time on highways, as you can imagine, this noise becomes a serious problem. Of course the official Ford Tester says...."He doesn't have a solution"..... Following a link in which you can find the link on youtube to a video in which the noise is quite noticeable (not so much as when you are driving the car), my speed was around 90 Km/h (60 Ml/h), of course is not related to the motor, even if I put in Neutral my gear, the noise is exactly the same, not related to the cup holder or to the black plastic cover behind the mirror, I checked the seat's screws, and all seems to be quite fastened. I have even checked inside the engine van if some cables or pipe is loosed...but nothing seems to be.... Should someone experienced the same problem ? Thanks to all F.
