mine shut off and wouldn't turn back on while listening to the radio. Ended up pulling the #29 fuse out (fuse for My Ford) and leaving it out over 30 min to make the system reset itself. Now it turns back on and works. Could be an error in the computer needing reset. I have a 2011 Edge SEL

Ended up finding a way the worked doing some lookin at other places. Found that just pulling the #29 fuse out and putting back right away wouldn't fix the problem because it's needed to be reset. Had to pull the fuse out and leave it out for minimum of 30 min which would make the My Ford reset the computer for the audio. Did that and now it's back working again hopefully it stays fixed.

In my 2011 edge while driving the radio made a loud pop noise in speakers and then shut off. I cannot get it to turn back on tried taking fuses #29 and 19 out and checked to see if it went bad. I have a cd in it and try to eject it and it says nothing is in it. Display on the My Ford screen works but I can't get the radio to work. Pushing the power button 2 times makes the audio screen start to come up then goes away before completely coming up. Does anyone know what is going on with this problem?
