The above link, by WWWPerfA_ZNOW, gave me all the information I needed to attack the sunroof and resolve the problem. Thank you Bill and all that contributed to your youtube video. I still have more work to do on the Edge, however that is one issue resolved.

Thank you, very much, for the reply and the link to the video. Watched it and it is a good reference video. I just have to figure out how to get the panel to open enough to get to the screws so I can see what I have.

My wife drives a 2010 Ford Edge. Late last year she told me the roof panel only opens to the first stop location, the venting of hot air position. IT will not open all the way, like the sun/moon roof should. When I try to operate the roof panel, I hear something clicking above the rear passengers location, drivers side. The cloth screen works and the roof will open to the angled position. Has anyone encountered this? The panel will close and the cloth screen will return to home position. Just can not open the sun roof to full open position. Thank you in advance. Muscratsam
