The car is in warranty. I left for 4 days at the same dealer from where I bought. NOTHING CHANGED. After the money transaction is done, they're not longer interested. I called an another representative and they told me to come back from where I bought the car. Very interesting the relationship between Ford dealers on South-West Ontario. ... other suggestions?

After only 6 months SYNC screen goes half black, SYNC reboots at random, loses map, radio and commands, shut down every 15-30 minutes. When I turn on the car, there is a weird sound from the back of the screen. In 2 months I was three times at dealership/service. I think they did not change anything, only reset the program...the odd sound remains. I am also disappointed with how I was treated by the advisor. I'm so sorry that I have invested in a company which does not offer quality and confidence. ​ ... I'm waiting for tips if you know a good and honest technician. Thanks!
