I have a 2013 Edge Sport with MFT. I always have the right LCD screen in the cluster displaying the red "entertainment" section so I can see the radio station. When I start the truck the right cluster screen says "audio off" until the touchscreen comes on and the radio starts playing. When the touchscreen homescreen comes on and the radio starts playing, the right LCD screen always shows a list to choose from like AM/FM, Sirius, USB... I always have to select what I want it to display. It seems like the cluster screen isn't getting the radio station info before it comes on so it just displays the "entertainment" list. My last car was a 2014 Fusion Titanium with the same setup. Every time I started the Fusion, the right LCD screen would automatically display the current radio station and song or whatever was playing at the time. If I get in the Edge and push the START/STOP button so only the radio comes on (truck is not running), wait for the radio to turn on then I start the truck, the right LCD will automatically show whats playing on the radio. I feel like if it was supposed to display the list every time then it would also do it when I turn on the radio before starting the truck. Do they all do this or is there some kind of update to fix this? I hate looking down to see what station I'm on while driving and only to see AM/FM, Sirius, USB. I hope this isn't confusing and would appreciate any help. Thanks.
